Order Confirmation and Processing

Once we receive your order most in stock items will be processed and ship within 1-2 business days. 

Order begin processing on the next business day of order placed date (excluding holidays).

Items shipped directly from our suppliers may take a little longer to process and ship.

Out of Stock Items: We will contact you via email or telephone if an item you ordered is out of stock.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order and another when your order has shipped that includes tracking information. You can also check the status of your order and tracking information by logging into your account.

Shipping

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. We offer Standard Shipping (FREE on orders over $65 USD), plus paid Express Couriers (DHL, FedEx) as an alternative option.

PS:The Shopping Peak and Pandemic restrictions have caused unprecedented delivery demand. Both of the Standard Shipping and Express Shipping Deliveries are delayed than usual.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. You can visit our tracking order page to track your package anytime.

All items Real time shipping quotes are available at checkout. Please let us know if you have a preference, otherwise we will ship with the best option for your delivery address. We currently only ship to addresses in the United States. Please note that we cannot ship to post office boxes. Sometimes items that are ordered together may ship separately. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please note that the delivery time estimates listed above apply to the shipping estimates only. Please contact us if you need your order by a specific date.

Please note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

We hope that you love every item you purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes it's not quite what you were expecting. We offer free returns on most items and have made the process of initiating a return fast and easy for your convenience. The details of our policy are listed below:

1. Order not shipped out

We need 1 working day to prepare your order ,so you can cancel your order within 1 working day, it is free.

2. Order Shipped out

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You also need to pay the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See exemptions below. 

Return Exemptions: Gift certificates, sale/clearance items, special/custom orders, and made to order items are not eligible for return. 

Cancellations: Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled prior to shipping. See exemptions below. 

Cancellation Exemptions: Special/custom orders and made to order items may not be changed and are not eligible for order cancellation or return. 

Exchanges (if applicable): We'll replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@amorarc.com

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (15-20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
